About us
Practical delivery starts with listening.
Grade A Shopfitting brings fit-out, construction trades, joinery, manufacturing and project coordination together around what each client actually needs.
Director
Roman Gladwin
A direct point of contact.
Roman is the director of Grade A Shopfitting. His role is to understand the brief, help define the work required and keep communication clear as the project moves forward.
Clients can approach Grade A for complete fit-out delivery or for an individual service within a wider build. The same attention is given to making the scope understandable, coordinating what happens on site and keeping the agreed outcome in view.
The right people around the project.
Our in-house contract managers and quantity surveyors work alongside a team of qualified tradespeople. Together, they keep the commercial detail, programme and work on site connected, helping every job reach the high standard expected.
Lean by design.
We keep operating expenses and overheads low rather than loading unnecessary margin onto the project. This helps us offer competitive, affordable pricing while maintaining the same focus on management, workmanship and dependable delivery.
Trades and manufacturing, brought together.
A good fit-out is more than a list of separate tasks. Joinery affects finishes. Services affect layout. Bespoke items affect programme and installation. Grade A brings those decisions together so they can be considered as parts of one project.
Clear about what is known.
This preview does not invent a company history, years in business, team size, qualifications or testimonials. CHAS Approved and SafeContractor Approved status is included because it has been confirmed by the business.
